Is web scraping legal in the UK?
Collecting publicly available data is often lawful, but personal data is covered by UK GDPR and some sites prohibit scraping in their terms. We review each target before building and recommend an official API or data licence where that's the safer route. This isn't legal advice — for sensitive cases, check with a solicitor.
What happens when the website changes?
Sites change constantly, so we build monitoring that alerts us when data looks wrong or stops arriving. A maintenance retainer covers fixing breakages quickly.
Can you scrape sites that block bots?
Many sites use anti-bot protection, and we use headless browsers and suitable infrastructure to collect public data reliably. We won't bypass logins or access controls you don't have rights to.
How do I receive the data?
However you'll use it: a Google Sheet, CSV export, database, API, or alerts by email, Slack or WhatsApp.
Can you build a WhatsApp bot for my business?
