How much does a Courier Exchange AI agent cost?
There are three fixed packages: Starter £2,200, Professional £4,000 and Enterprise £6,500, all plus VAT. Each includes development, configuration, testing, deployment to your server, handover and training, and 3 months' maintenance from delivery.
What else will I pay for?
Only the running costs, which the providers bill you for directly: AI model / API usage, your Courier Exchange subscription and your server hosting. They're separate from the package price.
Can I start small and upgrade later?
Yes. You only pay the difference — the full value of the package you've already paid for is credited against the higher tier. Starter to Professional is £1,800 + VAT, Professional to Enterprise £2,500 + VAT, and Starter to Enterprise £4,300 + VAT.
Does the agent use my own Courier Exchange account?
Yes. Each agent runs on your own server using your own Courier Exchange account and API keys. PulseCode isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Courier Exchange.
Who owns the agent?
You own the delivered code. PulseCode keeps the rights to the pre-existing framework the agent is built on. White-label and resale are permitted.
What happens after the 3 months' maintenance?
Bug fixes and corrections are included for 3 months from delivery. After that, maintenance and support are quoted on request, and new features on an existing agent start from £350.
How do I pay?
A 50% deposit when you order and the 50% balance on delivery, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
