AI agent development
wired into real work.

An AI agent is software that can read a request, decide what to do, and use your tools to do it — answer a customer, update the CRM, draft a quote, chase an invoice. We build agents on Claude and GPT that connect to your real systems, with every action logged so non-engineers can see exactly what it did and why.

// 01 — What you get

Agents that do the work, not just chat about it.

01

Customer service agents

Answer customer questions around the clock on your website, WhatsApp or email, and hand over to a person when they should.

02

Inbox & admin agents

Triage email, chase invoices, update records and draft replies for a person to approve.

03

Lead qualification

Ask the right questions, score the lead and book it into your calendar or CRM — even at 11pm on a Sunday.

04

Quoting & pricing

Read a request, apply your pricing rules and return a quote in seconds instead of hours.

05

Connected to your tools

CRMs, inboxes, spreadsheets, databases, WhatsApp and Telegram — via APIs and MCP, not copy-paste.

06

Observable and safe

Queues, retries, spending limits and a readable trace of every decision. Anything risky waits for human approval.

// 02 — Who it's for

A good fit if you're…

  • →Small teams drowning in repetitive email and admin
  • →Businesses that lose leads outside office hours
  • →Operations teams with rule-heavy, high-volume tasks
  • →Companies that tried a chatbot and found it useless

// 06 — Questions

Straight answers.

What's the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?

A chatbot answers questions. An agent can also take actions — look up an order, update your CRM, send a quote, book a call — using the tools and permissions you give it. That's where the time savings come from.

Is it safe to let AI act on our systems?

Only with guardrails, which is how we build them: limited permissions, spending and rate limits, human approval for anything risky, and a full log of every action. You decide what it's allowed to do on its own.

Which AI models do you use?

Mostly Anthropic's Claude and OpenAI's GPT models, chosen per task for quality and cost. Your data goes through the providers' business APIs, which don't use it to train their models by default.

How much does an AI agent cost?

A single-purpose agent — say, one that answers customer emails or produces quotes — is scoped and priced per project. Larger agent platforms across several channels start at £20,000. Send a brief and you'll get a written number within 48 hours.

What does it cost to run?

Running costs are the AI provider's usage fees plus hosting — usually small next to the hours saved. We estimate them up front and set usage limits so there are no surprise bills.
