How much does bespoke software cost?

Why bespoke instead of an off-the-shelf CRM?
Off-the-shelf is the right answer for plenty of businesses, and we'll tell you if it's the right answer for yours. Can you move our data across from spreadsheets or our current CRM?
Yes. We plan the import as part of the scope: we map your spreadsheets or exports into the new system and check the results with you before anyone relies on it.
Who owns the software?
You do. At hand-over the code and the systems it runs on are transferred to you. It's built with standard tools (React, TypeScript, Postgres), so any competent developer can take it over later.
Can I see examples?
The projects on this page are live and linked. Most of the internal software we build is private and under NDA, so the public portfolio only shows a selection — but it uses the same pieces: admin consoles, client panels, roles and live data.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Every project starts with a 50% deposit; on projects over £3,000 the remaining 50% can be split into three equal monthly payments at no extra cost.
What happens after launch?
Every project includes 30 days of free bug fixes. After that you can put us on a monthly retainer for changes and new features, or take it in-house — the code is yours either way.
