A website is primarily informational - users read content but don't interact much beyond filling out contact forms. We specialise in web applications, which work on any device through a browser. For most use cases, a well-built web app provides the same experience as a native mobile app without the complexity of app store submissions. If you specifically need native iOS/Android apps, we can discuss whether a Progressive Web App (PWA) would meet your needs or connect you with mobile development partners.

You do. Once the project is paid for, you own 100% of the custom code we write for your application. We provide full access to the codebase via Git repository. The only exception is if we use open-source libraries or frameworks, which retain their original licenses (typically MIT or similar permissive licenses that allow commercial use).

We offer ongoing support and maintenance packages starting from £500/month. This includes server monitoring, security updates, bug fixes, and a number of development hours for new features or improvements. Many clients start with a support package and then engage us for additional development as their application grows.

Yes, system integration is a core part of what we do. We've integrated with accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks), CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot), payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, GoCardless), email platforms (Mailchimp, SendGrid), and many other APIs. If the system has an API, we can likely integrate with it.
